No cancellations, return, exchange or refund.
Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is received and verified, preorder items will be shipped within 7 business days upon stock arrival. Tracking number will be sent to your email box.
Final launch date of preorder items is determined by the manufacturer. We have provided an estimated arrival (ETA) date but it is not guaranteed. No cancellations after order is placed.
Important info
We only sell brand new items.
Actual product may be slightly different from the pictures. No exchange/refund for any imperfections such as chromatic aberration, subjective quality issues, etc. Scratches on bearbrick (especially on chrome bearbrick) are commonly seen. Appreciate for your consideration before placing order.
Carton boxes and product packings are solely for delivery and packaging purpose. AKToys is NOT responsible for any box damages.

Should any dispute arise, the decision of AKToys shall be final.
Overseas Shipments (Except Hong Kong/China/Macau/Taiwan)
Orders will be sent by Hong Kong Speedpost (except those countries stated below).Shipping leadtime would be 7-14 business days^ after shipped.
^This time frame is not guaranteed and does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package.
Please note that big parcel couldn't be sent to China at this moment.
Please DO NOT place preorder items (with different stock arrival date) in ONEORDER. Else, we will ship the order on the last arrival date of the whole order.
All taxes and duties are NOT included in the final price, customers are responsible for these fees. Please be aware of this and safeguard against un-calculated fees by contacting your local delivery providers for the regulations and tax procedures. AKToys is NOT responsible for any customs or brokerage fees and taxes.

Orders will be shipped by SF Express (freight collect *運費到付*, receive within 1-3 business days after shipped.
因應順豐最新的疫情送貨安排，中國暫時只能寄小包裹, 不能寄大包裹 (如bearbrick 1000%) ，AKToys不對任何關稅款負責。
